Disneyland Resort Presents the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, Feb. 28-April 21, 2025
ANAHEIM, Calif. (Feb. 28, 2025) – The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival returns to Disneyland Resort, Feb. 28-April 21, 2025, bringing lively entertainment and a medley of limited-time food and beverages inspired by the cultures and fresh ingredients of California’s landscape. This year’s festival features eight marketplaces of abundant culinary assortments at Disney California Adventure Park, including the debut of Mercado de Antojos.

Coast through California’s culinary cornucopia
The diverse festival menu is an attraction on its own, with more than 100 food and beverage items at Disney California Adventure Park. An all-new marketplace, Mercado de Antojos – which translates to “market of cravings” in English – honors California’s Hispanic cuisine with items like birria mac and cheese and cafe de olla-infused tres leches cake. Among the new, culturally rich selections at the festival are:
- Mini LA street dog from LA Style and Award Weiners: adorned with jalapeño mayo, pepper and onion relish and Nueske’s® applewood smoked bacon
- Pescado zarandeado from Paradise Garden Grill: whole grilled fish with corn tortillas, refried beans, Spanish rice, zesty slaw, pickled vegetables and a side of chips and salsa
- Mango sticky rice-inspired churro from Señor Buzz Churros and Churros near Goofy’s Sky School: classic churro rolled in sugar with sticky rice and mango pieces
- Smoked Hawaiian pizza from Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta: spicy marinara, smoked mozzarella, glazed ham and charred pineapple

- The returning favorite, Soarin’ Over California, transports guests through the Golden State’s wondrous landscapes.
- Daily entertainment includes “Cookin’ with the Jammin’ Chefs” and live musical performances at the Paradise Gardens Bandstand. On select days, guests can enjoy “Confection Purrfection with the SuperKitties,” an interactive show inspired by the Disney Jr. series,***** and band performances at the Palisades Stage.
